DED
DED
If you're not pissed off, then you're not paying attention. Heavy music is alive and DED is bringing back the aggressive spirit that is authentic to the genre. "There is an honesty and a "fuck you" about hard core music that I don't feel as often anymore," says lead singer Joe Cotela. DED is loud and aggressive - but it serves as a positive outlet: the band produces an unapologetic sound that draws from the art of fantasy and expressive screams. With the release of first single “FMFY” on Dec. 16th, 2016 – DED will launch their sound and vision upon the world.

DED was born in the music scene of Phoenix, Arizona and has been together for 2 years. Band members Joe Cotela (Vocals), David Ludlow (Guitar), Kyle Koelsch (Bass), and Matt Reinhard (Drums) developed a friendship and ultimately a musical partnership that mixes horror and dark imagery to develop a familiar, yet unique sound that sets them apart from other bands. Cotela says “With our music - we want to make the listener feel like how you feel after you’ve watched a really good horror movie – on edge, jittery... And very much alive”. They incorporate these volatile elements into their lyrics – with the hopes that it will breathe new life into the hard core genre. Imagine an inspired take on outward thinking that transcends screaming, and low tuned riffs. Their sound is meant to “be in your face and tell it like it is”, while paying homage to Korn and Pantera, who served as early inspirations. DED are also influenced by more recent bands like Slipknot and Bring Me The Horizon. This is modern hard rock & alt. metal that goes beyond anger - including themes like existentialism and ego in everyday life.

The band’s work ethic, drive, and dedication led them to record an EP that quickly made the rounds of the music industry, and started a buzz that opened doors. Using that as a springboard, the band hit the road and toured with Beartooth, Asking Alexandria, Atreyu, Every Time I Die, Upon a Burning Body, The Acacia Strain, John 5, Powerman 5000,and Insane Clown Posse among others.

Their touring helped grow awareness in the business and brought them to the attention of producer John Feldmann (Disturbed, Blink-182, Beartooth). Their collaboration with Feldmann culminated in the band signing with Jordan Schur @ Suretone Records – who discovered and grew the careers of platinum rock acts Staind and Limp Bizkit, among others.Suretone will be releasing their first single “FMFY” on Dec. 16th, 2016 with an album to follow in the spring of 2017. If HR Geiger's art work had a soundtrack, it would be DED. Hard core music bands aren’t cannibals anymore and DED aims to shake fans out of stagnant silence and carve out the sound of today. The band has signed with CAA for booking, and will be hitting the road in January of 2017 in support of the release. Dedication and hard work have paid off – and the sky’s the limit for DED.

As Thick As Thieves
As Thick As Thieves
As Thick As Thieves is Arizona's premiere Rock 'n' Rugged five piece. Formed in 2012, "ATAT" has performed at festivals, show cases and rock shows all across the South West. Drawing influences from some of music's most successful acts, while continuously pushing for a unique and individualistic sound, has brought us to where we are today with the release of the EP, "Whiskey Bent". Featured on 98 KUPD's playdio, the EP has brought forth 2 singles, "Take You Down" and "Straight To Hell", both featuring full length music videos with the latter to released soon. The drive and charisma found within those involved has created a live performance bordering upon infamous in the Arizona local scene. The members of As Thick As Thieves are passionate about what they do and will stop at nothing to achieve success and show zero signs of slowing down.
Vindicate
Vindicate
Emerging from the blistering heat of Phoenix, Arizona is the new era rock band Vindicate! With hard hitting chorus and catchy guitar solos, Vindicate (For fans of Linkin Park, Bring Me The Horizon, and You Me at Six) is all about being yourself and not giving a damn about anyone else! Vindicate includes vocalist/ guitarist Erik Jenson, Drummer Dale Tom, Bassist Carlos Ruiz, and Guitarist Ryan Ellis.
Band members have experience playing with many national acts such as Motionless in White, Chiodos, Blessthefall, as well as having premieres on Revolver and Bryanstars that acquired over 200k views.
Vindicate just released their single, ‘I Hate You’ from their self-titled EP that will be released July 15th.
Vocalist Erik Jenson explains, “The CD as a whole has a very positive vibe to it. The music follows themes such as striving for your dreams and uniting the world as one. However, the song "I Hate You" is the polar opposite. "I Hate You" is the ultimate song to listen to anytime someone really pisses you off and gets you anywhere close to hating them! It is also the only song on the album to feature multiple guitar solos!”
The band plans on touring this fall and will hit the studios for a full length album.
